We Make Communication Happen.
We are All HANDS IN MOTION
True to the Message
As highly-trained communication professionals, our contracted interpreters render the message faithfully, always conveying the content and spirit of the signer or speaker, using the language most readily understood by the person(s) whom we serve.
Code of Conduct
Every interpreter or transliterator contracted with us is anchored by a Code of Professional Conduct as set forth by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). Our staff and contracted speech-to-text professionals abide by a similar Code of Professional Conduct.
Combined Experience
We have been serving individuals, universities, colleges, law firms, social service agencies, family celebrations, businesses, entertainment venues, life milestones and community events in the New York City metropolitan area since January 2006, but, we have been part of the New York Deaf community since 1981.
Always Confidential
Confidentiality is an integral part of our training and practice. Every interpreter, transliterator and transcriptionist we contract with ensures that all assignment related information remains confidential. When working with us, you know discretion is key.
Christina Dunams, LMSW
Graduate Student, Columbia University
"It was exciting to be accepted to an Ivy League school for my graduate studies but the fear of not being able to have access to communication was overwhelming. The interpreters from All Hands in Motion allowed me to be able to focus on being the best student I could be by allowing me to participate fully. I honestly loved my time in graduate school and I have All Hands in Motion to thank for that."
